Material & Craftsmanship

Each patch is cut from genuine leather with a stitched border, not bonded or faux leather. Real leather takes engraving cleanly and holds up to sun, sweat, and repeated wear in a way synthetic material can't — it will darken and soften slightly with age, which most crews consider part of the look rather than wear and tear.

The Engraving Process

Your logo is laser-engraved into the leather surface, then finished with a heat-activated backing so it presses cleanly onto hats, jackets, and workwear with a standard heat press or household iron — no stitching required, though it can be sewn on for extra hold. You'll see a proof before anything is cut.

Care

Spot clean with a damp cloth; don't soak or machine wash. Keep it out of prolonged direct sun to slow fading. A little wear at the edges over time is normal for real leather and doesn't affect the engraving.
